The location is conveniently close to the lake, ideal for fishing trips. The room was outdated and lacked basic amenities like a coffee maker, requiring a trip to McDonald's for coffee. No fish cleaning station or grill was available. Charging a boat was problematic since the only option was to leave the door open all night.

This hotel is a vacation base for a trip in Breckenridge. The staff is very caring at all the levels. The room is neat and includes a particularly good bathroom. The beds are comfortable to sleep on. The location is good, not far from Breckenridge, and lake - couldn't be better. Must say thank you very much, would love to return.

The rooms feel stuck in a time warp from the 1960s!!! A coffee maker and fish cleaning station could be simple additions to enhance the experience!!! Not providing a plug for boat charging is quite inconvenient!!!

Cozy room, decent amenities, with free parking, made it easy to access nearby attractions and a helpful 24-hour reception which was great for our needs during the weekend.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Cozy and convenient spot not too far from both town and the lake. the room I snagged had a comfy bed, A/C to control temp, TV with plenty of channels 📺, and a nice little spot to sit back and relax.
